We would like to officially announce and welcome four new resident artists who will arrive at Penland Septemto begin their three-year residencies.
Thank you to everyone involved in this year’s selection. Our selection committee did an excellent job reviewing and evaluating applications it is a thorough process, and we couldn’t do it without the time and energy they give so generously. We received an outstanding pool of 61 applications from across the United States for the four available positions. At long last! Our 2017 Resident Artist Program selection process is complete.
